ANTI-WRINKLE TREATMENTS
You might notice small dimples across your chin when you talk, smile or tighten your lower face. If it’s something you’ve become aware of, we can help you understand why it happens and what may be worth considering.
ABOUT THIS TREATMENT
Chin dimpling anti-wrinkle treatment focuses on the pebbled or uneven appearance that can show across the surface of the chin. It often becomes more noticeable during facial movement, although skin texture and chin shape can also play a part.
We’ll look at your chin both when your face is relaxed and when you make an expression. That helps us distinguish surface dimpling from a concern about the chin’s overall size or projection.
If it’s your chin’s shape rather than surface dimpling you’d like to address, we may also discuss chin filler.
WHAT IT HELPS
An appropriate approach may help when movement is a main contributor to the dimpling you see. If you’re more concerned about a recessed chin, an indentation that remains at rest or changes in skin texture, the discussion may be different. You don’t need to know the cause before you come to us. Tell us what you notice, and we’ll explain what we see and which options are relevant.

FAQS
Movement in the chin area can make the skin look pebbled or uneven. Some people see this only during certain expressions, while others notice texture at rest too. Looking at both helps us understand what’s contributing.
No. Dimpling describes how the surface of the chin looks; a small or recessed chin describes its shape and projection. They can occur together, but they aren’t treated as the same concern.
Filler is used for concerns involving shape, support or volume, so it isn’t automatically the right answer for surface dimpling. We’ll look at what’s causing the appearance before comparing any options.
If a prescription-only muscle-relaxing option is considered appropriate, an appropriate prescriber must assess you first. We’ll explain the available options based on your individual concern. If suitable, you can have this treatment with us at Kiss. We will organise your consultation.
