COMMON CONCERNS
Perhaps your cheeks look flatter in photos, or you’ve noticed shadows where your face used to look fuller. These changes can happen so gradually that it’s hard to say exactly when they began. We’ll look at your features together and discuss whether restoring some support would help you feel more like yourself.

ABOUT THIS CONCERN
Volume loss changes the contours of the face, rather than just the surface of the skin. It can affect the cheeks, temples and other areas, sometimes making a nearby line or shadow more noticeable too.
We don’t simply look for a hollow and fill it. We assess how the different parts of your face work together, then discuss whether dermal fillers or another option, like Sculptra, could restore balance in a way that still looks like you.
WHY DOES IT HAPPEN
The fat and underlying structures that support the face change naturally over time. Genetics and weight changes can affect where you notice volume loss first. Skin quality matters to the overall result as well, but a treatment focused only on the skin may not address a change in the contours beneath it.
